I’m in charge of the Kansas City website, and I just posted an article about the superiority of KC Barbeque! BUT, I did mention Memphis, because it is the birth city of the guy who originated great bbq — after he moved here… to Kansas City.

I totally agree about the Memphis BBQ - it is the best. I have never been to Kansas city, but I’ve never heard of their BBQ being top notch. You always hear about the legendary Memphis BBQ.
